Releasing Comparison and Competition

SOLO

Raise your hand if you’ve ever personally been victimized by Regina George? Just kidding but not really.

How many times have you compared yourSelf to another womxn . . . too many to count? Me too.

How many times have you competed with another womxn . . . same answer? Me too.

It’s time to step out of our old ways and decide to rise together.

It’s time to allow ourSelves freedom through sisterhood and true authentic connection + friendships.

Think about it, we go on Instagram or Facebook and right away feel less than because we feel like the womxn in front of us is more than. Where did that come from? Who gets to change this thought pattern? US!!

I have memories from the time I was 8 years old of other womxn feeling intimidated because I could run fast. Can you believe it? We are intimidated by each other because our gifts don’t look the same . . . so silly?

In today’s episode I share stories from childhood, teens and young adulthood about times where I was in situations where womxn did not stand together, me included.

What if from a young age we start to celebrate each others differences instead of be scared by them?

What if we began to teach each other to share our differences with respect?

What if we practiced communicating open + honestly to encourage clarity between us?

And one of the BIGGEST things we can do especially as womxn is start to go on social media with an intention. I will absolutely not go on to social media unless I have one of the following on my mind.

  1. Share my own content

  2. Celebrate my community

  3. Authentic connection

Now ladies, it’s time to change our inner dialogue to ‘ if she can do it, I can do it too ‘ — WHO’S IN??

Tune in weekly on Mondays for new episodes
