OWN YOUR WILD™ Embodied living for women.
A space for the raw, real and unfiltered — exploring what it means to live in deeper relationship with your body, your intuition and your own rhythm.
Through movement, ritual, body awareness, creativity and conversation, OWN YOUR WILD™ is an invitation to create a life that feels like your own.
For women who are becoming.
For the wild-hearted, the curious, and the women moving through a season of change.
OWN YOUR WILD™ is an evolving body of work exploring the many ways we can come home to ourselves — through movement, embodied practice, creative expression, ritual, nature, motherhood, and the everyday choices that shape how we live.
A space to learn your body, honour your needs, express what is true for you, and create from a more connected, intentional place.

Your rhythm is waiting. .
What becomes possible when we stop overriding ourselves and start listening more intimately to our bodies and intuition? When we consider what we need — rather than what we think we should need. When we learn to move, work, create, mother, rest and connect in ways that honour our own capacity, desires and season of life. OWN YOUR WILD™ is an invitation to trust yourself more deeply, advocate for what you need, and find the pace and rhythm that allow you to feel fully alive. Not a life that looks good from the outside. A life that feels good to live.
Meet Erin
Podcast host, writer, lifelong mover + mentor, ritual maker & infintiely curious human —
I’ve spent the last decade building businesses, creating communities, teaching, podcasting and following more than a few unexpected turns along the way. I’ve worked across movement, embodiment, energetics, entrepreneurship and the wonderfully messy business of being a regulated woman in the modern world.
I’ve learned a lot about what helps us feel more like ourselves in a world that that asks us to fit in a. box — and just as much about what happens when we try to hard to become someone we’re not.
These days, I’m following my intuition more than ever. Making more room for wonder. Asking more intentional questions. Moving my body. Making room for craft and creativity. And following what feels most alive.
This is where I share some of what I find. Come along.
