I guide sensitive, driven women to bring their bodies and voices into their businesses — steadier nervous systems, clearer decisions, and visible presence that actually converts. My own return began with anxiety, irregular cycles, and a body that felt unreliable; a PCOS diagnosis at 30 pulled me deeper into yoga, Ayurveda, somatics and energetic medicine. Those rituals became the roadmap I now bring into sales, visibility, and leadership.
I’ve worked in wellness and wellness‑sales for over a decade — teaching embodiment on the mat, building offers, and supporting women both in person and online to grow sustainable businesses. I blend lived experience with lineage: practical, tactile practices (Human Design, womb care, nervous‑system tools, and ritual) plus real‑world sales and launch experience so you can stop performing and start showing up from your natural energy.
