I guide sensitive, driven women back into their bodies — into steadier nervous systems, clearer decisions, and truer expression. My own return began in adolescence: anxiety, irregular cycles, and a body that felt unreliable. A PCOS diagnosis at 30 pushed me deeper into yoga, ayurveda, and somatic practice — and those rituals became my roadmap.
