I’m so stoked you’re here!
I guide women back into their bodies — their truth, their power, their voice. My story began in my teens, moving through depression, anxiety, and a body that felt unpredictable and hard to trust. Irregular cycles, intense emotions… and no real answers.
The Western medical system didn’t hold me the way I needed. It wasn’t until I was diagnosed with PCOS at 30 that things clicked — but by then, I had already started finding my own way. Yoga pulled me in, and I never looked back. What started as movement became a deep devotion to my body and my energy.
Now, I live it. And I guide from it. Rooted. Wild. Unapologetic. I’m here to help you come home to yourself. I’ll meet you there.
