Project Period. Montreal

A movement for menstrual equity — because no one should have to choose between food and period products.

Donation-based women’s wellness events and movement classes all over the greater MTL area — our first class series launches this summer 2025 in Griffintown !!

Our first-ever class series is kick starting June 11th 2025 !!

make sure you check the schedule for the type of class before booking

Join us for outdoor, female-focused movement classes downtown Montreal. All proceeds from these classes will be going towards, Monthly Dignity to support women in the city to ensure they have the period products necessary to take care of themselves all cycle long.

Each week the class type varies with the current collective moon phase — we weave between; Pilates & Stretch, Power Hour, Slow Flow, & Yin & Relaxation, each practice is an hour. All classes are designed to support you no matter where you are in your cycle. Whether you’re feeling energized or needing a slower flow, there will always be options for you.

Where your money is going

On the Ground Communities

In 2025 all proceeds will be donated to Monthly Dignity | Menstrual Equity Now. Check them out here.

Education, Products, Beyond

Majority of the proceeds are going straight to the hands of the women in our communities creating a beautiful contribution cycle.

Service Charges + Marketing

All events and classes are done by women donating their time and energy. But with transparency, we do cover all service charges + posters with the funds we raise.

By participating, you’re not only taking care of your own health and wellness but also contributing to the well-being of others in your community. Together, we can support the mission that no woman or teen ever has to worry about basic period care & education. Let’s move, grow, and make a difference—one class & event at a time.
