Our senses are always telling us what is good for us, but many of us have become disconnected from our bodies, making it difficult to be in touch with that innate intelligence. 

In this episode, we dive into how you can reconnect to your body through the senses, allow for  more pleasure throughout your day, and use that pleasure to guide you into your purpose. We talk about how our inner dialogue around our pleasure has been shaped by our experiences early in life, and how to rewrite the narrative. Our mind can have a habit of going into masculine overdrive, causing us to override what our senses are telling us and become disconnected from our bodies. The body often knows the answers before the mind does, but we have to be in tune with those sensations in order to listen to them!
