The magic we dive into today is SPICY. We dive into the energetics of female embodiment and what that truly means when it comes to finding freedom in your life. Freedom of time, freedom of energy, and freedom of space. I share a little about my story and how I discovered this way of living and how deeply it’s changed and shifted my reality in all of the right ways.

The patriarchal system that has been built around us and holding us for years now, created deep-rooted seeds of insecurities in women and our ability to feel confident and make a change in the world. We peel back the layers of the mind and the masculine programming so that we can come back to some neutrality. This process looks like calming down the nervous system and tapping back into your own personal power.

Our personal power comes from the capacity to hold space for our pleasure practices and really intimately get to know what brings us pleasure. It’s almost like we all have a magical Mary Poppins bag in our body that is completely our own and in it are all the things we love to play with and do and feel. I share how to begin this unveiling process and it’s a MUST for femme leaders of the new age.
